In the early days of building a business, it makes sense to say yes to every networking event, every coffee date, every opportunity to mingle with other small business owners.
But when the conversation settles at the level of the newest person there, you leave having given a great deal more than you got… and eventually you stop going.
The women running the most successful businesses in this city tell me some version of the same sentence: Where are the other women who are running businesses at this level?
They do exist. And they’re asking the same question. That’s why I’m hosting this supper club experience – so we can all gather at the same table and talk shop with women who are navigating life and business in RVA.

When you RSVP, you’ll tell me a few things: the biggest roadblock going into 2027, what you’re most excited about, and the kind of women you’re hoping to meet.
Those answers will help me to curate our evening from the seating chart to the conversational prompts. My goal? You’ll walk away from the evening with 4-6 amazing new connections and deepen those you already have.

6 to 9pm at Sweet P's in downtown Richmond. After checkout you'll choose your entrée and tell us about any dietary needs.
FAQs
I don’t know anyone who’s coming. Will that be awkward?
That’s true for most of the room, and it’s rather the point. You’ll be seated with women chosen from what you told me you’re working on, and every table starts with prompts built from your answers. I’m moving between tables all night. Nobody gets stranded.
Is anyone going to pitch me?
No. There’s no sponsor, no speaker, and no one selling from the front of the room, including me. Anyone who treats this as a sales opportunity will not be invited back.
I have dietary restrictions. Is that a problem?
It’s the opposite of a problem. Antonio built the menu for this room and he’ll adjust it for you. You’ll tell us what you need when you confirm your seat.
Can I bring someone?
Please do. Add her name when you request your invitation and I’ll send her the details myself.
